two large uniformly coloured lemons

Fruit Carving Images slice Preparation

  1. Cut the lemons across into very thin disc-shaped slices.
     

  2. Make a cut from the center to the edge of a slice and then twist it. Nest two twisted slices together.
     

  3. Use to decorate fish dishes, such as baked fish with sauce.
