 Instructions
 Select fresh, medium-sized chillies. With the carving knife, make cuts from the stem end towards the tip all around the chilli to produce many pointed petals of the desired length. Carefully pull the tip of the chilli away, leaving the core and seeds. The chilli flower may be soaked in very cold water to make the petals spread.
