Material: two large tomatoes a half inch diameter

carving knife

Instructions

Fruit Carving Tomato Rose Preparation

  1. Select bright red tomatoes without bruises and wash them.
     

  2. With a very sharp knife, cut off the stem end and then peel off the skin in a continuous strip about 1 1/2 cms. wide.
     

  3. Wind the strip into a roll and place on the inner face of the stem end.
