Cha-Om is a very unusual tasting (and smelling) vegetable that is eaten raw or cooked with eggs. Cha Om is usually grown from cuttings in Thailand, which cannot be exported to
many countries, because of import regulations, regarding "live Plant Materials".
Most people are not aware that the tree will produce seeds some years.
