Most of our Products will fit into the 1 to 2 Kilo category for the smaller ones 2 Products can sometimes equal 2 Kilo's. Also the Products together will weigh around 2 Kilo's

At this time the only shipping option available online is EMS Thailand's Express Mail Service Thailand's Express Mail Service: We email the purchaser of all international orders before we ship, so please do not worry that we will ship without contacting you. Please make sure your email address is correct!

Physical delivery address & phone number: Air parcel post must have a street address. Delivery cannot be made to post office boxes. A local telephone number for the addressee should be provided, as per the post office.

Alternative ways to order: via email. Please note in your written order what shipping method you would like us to ship by (EMS or UPS as explained here or email us beforehand if you are not sure). Be sure to include your correct email address . We will not phone you internationally.

Limitations:

Risk of loss: The customer bears all risk of loss when shipping by EMS. This is because this inexpensive shipping service is not insurable. If you would like to insure your shipment please email us for rates via Insured Airmail Parcel Post (slower and more expensive) or UPS (UPS is usually the most expensive option, but it is trackable and very fast).

Customs fees and taxes: The customer agrees to pay all customs charges and taxes. Any parcel sent by EMS for which such fees are not paid will be abandoned.

Time in transit: About 5 to 10 business days. If you package does not arrive within this time please contact your local post office, see details below.

Other shipping options: If an item is too large for this special-rate, we will email you other shipping options such as: Insured Airmail Parcel Post (rate depends on country, weight and size) or UPS (private carrier). Availability of insurance for EMS Priority Mail varies country by country; we will let you know if insurance is not available to your destination. Please make sure your email address is correct and functioning.

Postal delivery in your country: For security reasons, some post offices no longer deliver parcels (either air or surface) directly to the addressee's delivery address. Instead, a mail hold notice is sent to the intended recipient, which informs him/her that an insured parcel is available for immediate pickup at the local post office. Please check with your local post office for details. Time in transit once shipped is approximately 8 business days. What is the shipping cost?

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order, provided you contact us before the order is shipped. Because items are not billed until they are shipped, you will not have been charged.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our goal is to fill your order accurately and deliver it in a timely manner. Occasionally though, the unexpected happens, things don't go as we planned, or we make a mistake. Every item we sell comes with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee . If you're not pleased with your purchase in every way, we will take it back for an exchange or refund-whichever you prefer.

Products accepted for return must have been purchased within 30 days of your notification to us that you would like to return the merchandise to us via email. No exceptions.

How to return something:

Step 1. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by email. This number is necessary for ensuring that you receive credit quickly. Please provide the following information when you contact us for the RMA# so that we are able to better serve you:

(1) Original order number (if possible) (2) Name of product being returned (3) Reason for return (4) Your name and contact information.

Step 2. Re-pack the goods securely, preferably in the outer boxes in which the order was originally shipped. It is very important to write the RMA# on the outside of the box below our address. Returns without an RMA# on the outside of the box will be refused. Insure the product for the full value of the merchandise to protect against loss or damage. If the return is due to our mistake we will re-imburse the cost of shipping and insurance to you.

All of our fresh produce is shipped by airfreight,
We only ship on one day  per week
(TUESDAY) "MIDNIGHT" Thailand Time so that all the orders can be shipped at the same time, to enable us keep the shipping costs as low as possible, this is because airfreight has very strict
minimum weight and volume charges
.

Your Order Must Reach us Before Midday 6pm on the Monday
Thailand Time GMT + 7hrs,
we will confirm receipt of every order

The minimum total order weight is 100KGs

If you have a small order you can email us to see if we can ship your products, because if the minimum weight has been reached for that shipment date we can then sometimes include
 smaller orders.

Your order will arrive at your home or premises, approximately 24hrs after dispatch.  So they will arrive to you at some time during the Wednesday  (Following Day) after dispatch.

All fresh and frozen products are shipped in the ideal conditions for that product i.e. Fresh Fruit and Vegetables are shipped in refrigerated containers, and Frozen goods are shipped in containers that will keep the product frozen at a minimum temperature of 
Minus18 degrees C
