What Happens after your Inquiry..?

Upon receipt of your e-mail, or MSN Messenger inquiry, an individual member of our staff will contact you within 24 hours, and sometimes within a few minutes if you send your message during one of our working shifts, which are 9am to approx. 12am local Bangkok time. For vital documents to be delivered within Bangkok, we have our own motorcycle messenger.
Within Thailand, we can use registered EMS or a domestic courier. Internationally, we use reliable couriers such as TNT for important documents, but can use more economical government Air Mail for personal documents which can be reproduced if lost, e.g., if we are sending photocopies of personal documents.

For quicker delivery, in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK,  we have representatives who can print documents transmitted by Internet and immediately post them at the local post office. And of course,
we can send and receive documents in Thailand on behalf of your associates.
