Ingredients
2 cups fresh sweet corn (kernels from about 4 ears)
1 egg
1/4 cup sliced long green beans
1 tbsp Gaeng kua curry paste
2-3 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp thin (light) soy sauce
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups vegetable oil
3 tbsp wheat flour

Method
1. Blend all ingredients (except vegetable oil and wheat flour)
2. knead to a uniform texture
3. form
the dough into 1 inch thick balls
4. flatten slightly, roll in the wheat flour, and fry in hot vegetable oil
5. Remove from oil when golden brown
6. let excess oil drip onto a paper towel

serve with pickled ginger and/or nam jim ajad
